Service Description
If you can't find the therapist or time that fits your schedule, simply use our "Request to Book" service. You can fill out your preferences via email, phone, or text, and we’ll coordinate a suitable date and time with your chosen therapist. Experience a personalized approach to wellness as we ensure you receive the best healing modalities tailored just for you. Text Shannon at (865) 307-4867 with your name, therapist you would like (Micha or Shannon) along with the date and time you are looking for. You can also reach us via email or leave a voice message. I am often in session when you call, please leave a voice message with details so I can call you back. Thanks! NOTE: You are not booked for an appointment until you receive a confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation Policy Since all scheduled appointments are reserved just for you, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancelation policy. To avoid any fees, we require a 48-hour notice for all cancellations. Within 24 hrs and same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service price and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the appointment. If you find yourself unable to make your appointment due to sickness or an emergency, please contact us immediately, the fee will be waived if you can reschedule within the same calendar week. For clients who have a history of late cancellations, prepayment may be required for future bookings. Deposit Policy In order to secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Please note that this deposit is nonrefundable, but in the event of an emergency, it can be transferred to your next scheduled appointment within the same calendar week. *Incase of emergency, please call (865) 307-4867 so we can make arrangements.
