Next, relax and be nurtured with a tailored massage focused on a specific area of concern, whether it be tight muscles, chronic pain, or emotional blockages. Let Shannon's experience, skill, and intuition melt away knots and discomfort, allowing you to release further and sink deeper into a state of relaxation. Energy balancing is utilized throughout the session to help realign and harmonize your body's natural energy flow. Through gentle techniques and intention, Shannon will guide you to tap into your body's own innate wisdom to bring balance and vitality to your entire being, leaving you feeling refreshed, restored, and deeply connected to yourself. Let go of any lingering tension or negativity, and emerge from the experience with a renewed sense of well-being and inner peace. Recalibrate is recommended for anyone going thru a major life change or looking for more clarity on their life's journey. We begin the session with a 15 min. introduction and set intentions / goals for the session. Breathwork takes place lying down on the massage table, fully clothed. You will be guided into a gentle rhythmic breath pattern for about 25 - 30 min. followed by 20 minutes of meditation and energy balancing. We will take a 10 minute break before transitioning to the massage (45 minutes). Energy balancing is incorporated throughout the whole session, along with sound bowls. Upon booking, you will receive an email on how to prepare for you session so you will arrive knowing what to expect. ~ We strive to create a serene and tranquil space where you can unwind, release tension, and relax - this is a Tip Free spa.
