Bring yourself into a state of relaxation with this mini breathwork session, designed to calm your nervous system, connect to your inner self, and promote a sense of peace. Energy balancing and sound bowls enhance this experience and will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. In this mini breathwork session, you can expect to experience a deep sense of self and peace.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours prior to appointment. You may cancel personal appointments without charge up to 24 hours prior your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% (deposit will go toward total price) of the scheduled service price. If you do not email to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
