Service Description
This intimate, three-hour mini retreat is a curated gathering designed to help you smoothly transition into the cooler, darker months ahead. Together, we will honor the natural rhythms of autumn by shedding summer’s hectic energy and begin cultivating a sense of inner balance and peace. Join Shannon and Mary June Thompson from Breezeyway Yoga for an evening dedicated to seasonal alignment and support. Cancellation Policy
Cancelation Policy Since all scheduled appointments are reserved just for you, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancelation policy. To avoid any fees, we require a 48-hour notice for all cancellations. Within 24 hrs and same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service price and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the appointment. If you find yourself unable to make your appointment due to sickness or an emergency, please contact us immediately, the fee will be waived if you can reschedule within the same calendar week. For clients who have a history of late cancellations, prepayment may be required for future bookings. Deposit Policy In order to secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Please note that this deposit is nonrefundable, but in the event of an emergency, it can be transferred to your next scheduled appointment within the same calendar week. *Incase of emergency, please call (865) 307-4867 so we can make arrangements.
