Thank you for considering a membership offer at The Soul Spa. Please find below our policy regarding the monthly membership.
Soul Spa Membership policy
It is our commitment to provide the highest quality of service and care to all our members. Adherence to our policy ensures fairness and consistency for all members, while also allowing for flexibility when necessary.
One
Each monthly massage included in the membership must be used within the designated month and cannot be rolled over to the following month. It is important to schedule and utilize your massage within the month to ensure optimal relaxation and wellness benefits.
Two
In special circumstances, members may request to gift their monthly massage to a friend or family member. Prior approval from The Soul Spa is required for any massage gifting. We understand that sometimes unexpected events or scheduling conflicts may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate such requests. Gifted massage must be used within the designated month.
Three
In the rare case of an emergency on The Soul Spa's end that prevents a scheduled massage appointment from taking place, an experienced massage therapist(s) will be providing the service in place of the scheduled therapist. These emergency substitutions may occur without prior notice and cannot be rescheduled to a different time or day (unless gender preference is not available). We assure you that our substitute therapist(s) are highly skilled and trained professionals who will provide the same level of care and expertise during your massage session. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in such unforeseen circumstances. Our priority is to ensure that you receive the quality service you deserve at The Soul Spa.
Four
In the event that a client needs to cancel a membership due to medical reasons, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate. If relocating or other personal reason, we require a minimum of 30 days' notice in writing prior to your next billing date. Thank you for your understanding.
Service Cancelation policy
​To cancel or reschedule your monthly massage service, please contact us 24 hours prior to appointment to avoid losing your monthly massage. *Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
*Incase of emergency or feeling sick, please email / text me (865) 307-4867 so we can make arrangements.
